Pastor Kent Bell - Founder and President
Pastor Kent Bell is the Founder and President of Project Restore. He and his wife, Denise, have served as the Senior Pastors of Bethel Life Worship Center since 2013. Their vision to share the love of Christ with the lost and hurting led them to bring light to the darkness of the victims of human trafficking. Pastor Kent believes that it is the mandate of the Church to shine light into the darkness and help the broken and abused. His desire is to meet people at their deepest need with the truth and love of Christ. It is with this heart that Pastor Kent founded our ministry. Project Restore is blessed to have a founder with such compassion, love and integrity.

Chantee & Sean Huff - Lyndsey's Place Family Teaching Home
Chantee and Sean are a loving and caring couple who have a heart to walk with at-risk children and youth. They joined the Project Restore team in the Spring of 2019. Chantee comes to us with over 5 years of working with youth with trauma. She is also an Advocate and Awareness Rep. for Project Restore. The time and dedication that Chantee and her husband demonstrate towards each young lady that enters this home is nothing short of admirable. We are blessed to have them leading our Lyndsey’s Place foster home.
His Hands and Feet - Special Helps Team
His hands and Feet operates as Project Restore’s beacon of support. Led by Mary Jane Surrena, these amazing ladies work effortlessly to fill the gaps, providing our residents and house parents with the things that they need to excel. Currently this special helps team is working to physically prepare our new Teen Mom Home, Lyndsey’s Place. Project Restore is blessed to have these ladies as a part of our ministry.
